Nate Ishe Lappegaard is the founder of Kite and Dart, a group of business strategists supporting nontraditional entrepreneurs. He has a wealth of experience in marketing, club promotion, DJing, and the cannabis industry, and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs of all backgrounds achieve financial autonomy.

Nate Ishe Lappegaard had a long journey of learning and understanding of business, not only through his wife's accomplishments as a realtor, but also through his experience as a Dubstep DJ. Through conversations and experiences he learned the importance of a curated community, the co-creation of energy between a DJ and their audience, and the need to create a business that adheres to the values of those who are running it. His experience and understanding of whiteness and privilege taught him to help nontraditional entrepreneurs feel confident their business will be successful, and to approach entrepreneurship with bodily autonomy and agency.
